The workbook calculates weighted averages and simulates replacing one grade while keeping coefficients unchanged. It shows the minimum required retake grade, the simulated result, input warnings and editable cells.
Example: 72 weighted points / 7 coefficients = 10.285714. With a target of 12/20 and a replacement subject coefficient of 3, the required retake grade is 12/20. A simulated grade of 14 gives 90/7 = 12.857143.
Deliverables created: an XLSX prototype, a visual preview, usage instructions and a verification record with 27 automated checks. Native Microsoft Excel validation was not performed. No school policy or real student data is assumed.
