“Dear Teddy” tells the story of Ball State football player Teddy Williamson and his relationship with his father, who spent much of his youth incarcerated.
The Process (stylized #TheProcess) was the successor to Out of the Shadows in being a monthly docuseries on Ball State Men’s Basketball.
Out of the Shadows was a series on Ball State Men’s Basketball that I helped to shape over its four season run. As the lead producer and faculty advisor on the series, I was the primary creative architect as well as the logistics lead, scheduling interviews and shoots.
This short documentary tells the story of Ball State wide receiver Willie Snead IV.
This is a feature I edited for an Indiana Pacers broadcast about Paul George’s recovery after his devastating leg injury. I edited many features for Indiana Pacers broadcasts that aired during the pre-game and halftime shows.
“Transatlantic Storytelling” is a feature documentary born from the idea of a cultural exchange around the culture of sport. I was one of three faculty advisors for this project, in which we took a team of undergraduate students to Cardiff, Wales, where we interviewed athletes and coaches about their amazing stories. The documentary won multiple international awards, including a Telly, Muse award, and a Communicator award.
