Breanna Vinson is an Asian-American artist who focuses on speaking to the inner child through her artwork. Growing up in rural Ohio, her education was fostered in a home environment, allowing her to grow in a space void of structural age-level limitations.
She found herself drawn to creative pursuits at an early age throughout her schooling. With this came a love of painting, and while she has broadened her horizons, she continues to create in the same fashion that sparked this passion. She often focuses on depicting animals, largely out of a fascination with them that stems from childhood.
Currently, she lives with her parents and younger sibling while pursuing higher education in the arts. Her work has been published in Botticelli magazine, and she maintains an online presence sharing her work through Instagram.
"Throughout my Illustrations I wish to invoke a sense of wonder through a more stylized aesthetic. Influenced by manga and media from my childhood. I want the viewer to be able to connect with a more vulnerable side of themselves while engaging with a story told through a singular image. A thousand words or just a few."
