UX Design Co-op at Nutrien, Digital Delivery Center

Researched, redesigned, and tested a contract creation app to streamline the sales workflow and ensure adaptability across devices. Collaborated with UX designers, developers, PMs, POs, BAs, and clients to propose and implement the product. Collected user feedback through various interview methods and regularly ensured the product aligned with design feasibility and company design systems. Explored initial concepts for an AI-powered mobile mining incident reporting app, quickly refining design solutions based on research and stakeholder feedback within short sprint cycles. Evaluated and refined UI for internal sales, safety, and data management products through heuristic evaluations and high-fidelity prototypes, while proactively improving design workflows.
