In this role, I led the design and development of key visuals and brand identities for high-profi le projects, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels. I collaborated closely with marketing, product and HR teams to develop innovative design strategies that increased engagement and strengthened overall brand communication. I managed multiple design projects simultaneously, covering social media content, printed materials such as banners, event displays and offi ce decor, as well as internal communication assets. I also created sub-brands, logos and branded merchandise to support campaign launches and corporate initiatives. A key part of my contribution was the Banner Automation Project, where I later developed automation templates for landing page sub-banners, streamlining over 20 campaigns. I built a system with 96 percent accuracy to automate Figma and Google Sheets banner templates, reducing monthly production time from days to just 4 hours and signifi cantly improving operational effi ciency. In addition, I developed request tracking systems for the design team, optimizing workfl ow and strengthening cross-department collaboration. I designed and executed major campaign visuals for large-scale initiatives such as Super November, Super 11 and the Pazarama Plus launch, while also preparing in-house printing fi les and contributing to continuous workfl ow effi ciency improvements.
