Lead and managed the brand creative team, overseeing processes, best brand practice, and driving improvements across all brand visuals. Delivered design and creative solutions for Star Group, Star Social, the employee brand, functions, and contract catering, ensuring consistency and strengthening brand equity. Manage the Star Group Creative Suite (Storyteq) system, including maintaining and updating design templates, and providing ongoing support to venue teams. Collaborated with internal teams to develop strong brand identities and logo designs for new venues and internal brands, creating comprehensive brand guideline documents.

Directed the comprehensive brand building as Brand Graphic Designer and Art Director, creating key pitch and internal rollout assets. Created brand guidelines, logos, websites, brochures, banners, and other promotional content for various clients.

Developed and deployed brand guidelines for new venue Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina, leading design and deployment of all brand collateral and physical venue design across four North Island venues. Created brand positioning documents and event packs for 40+ brands. Collaborated with external agencies on brand guidelines and mentored junior designers.
