Master in Performing Arts, Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, UNI RIO • Bachelor of Performing Arts, Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, UNI RIO • Dancer, teacher, choreographer and researcher in theater, education and contemporary dance.
I was born in Uruguay, I lived in Rio de Janeiro for seven years and I currently live in Netherlands 5 years
Since I was young, I have always had an artistic interest in developing a bridge between dance and theater.
During my career, I have been interested in communicating the process that leads to the realization of a performance that can touch various creative stimuli - music, poetry, texts, movements and gestures, , memories, dreams - in order to find the work that the body of the actor / dancer has as a language to build his own path as an artist.
Furthermore, I believe that movements in dance, as well as everyday gestures, have many cultural and aspects.
These bodily expressions are carried out in the “relationship” that the actor / dancer has with his space and experience with different techniques that run through him in his artistic practices.
It is about finding and communicating and giving visibility to the imaginary that as an actress / dancer I carry with me, weaving a social and cultural story to tell and be revealed in the space.
