I'm a Product Designer with a passion for transforming complex problems into intuitive, user-centered experiences. With experience designing enterprise SaaS products in healthcare technology, I've led projects from discovery through launch by conducting user research, defining product strategy, creating scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. I thrive at the intersection of design, technology, and business, using systems thinking and empathy to simplify data-rich workflows while delivering measurable impact. My work includes redesigning technical onboarding experiences that reduced customer setup time from weeks to days, creating enterprise permission systems, and designing scalable web applications used by healthcare organizations. I'm passionate about continuous learning and regularly incorporate AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable AI into my design process to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping. Whether I'm improving enterprise software or exploring consumer experiences, my goal is always the same: create thoughtful, accessible products that solve real problems and make people's lives easier.

Industry Experience

Healthcare
    Self Service Cloud Hydration

    https://www.twine.net/signin

Self-Service Cloud Hydration is a product initiative that enables healthcare organizations and systems integrators to independently connect their healthcare data to their own cloud environments—without relying on Redox professional services.

Previously, setting up cloud hydration required heavy involvement from Redox teams, which increased costs, slowed timelines, and limited customer control. This project focused on transforming that experience into a guided, intuitive, self-serve workflow that allows customers to go from zero to live data in their cloud within a day.

    Role Based Access Control

    https://www.twine.net/signin

Healthcare companies rely on Redox to move sensitive patient data between systems. As teams grow and workflows become more complex, customers need stronger control over who can access data, what they can change, and where those changes can happen.

The Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) project redesigned how users manage permissions inside the Redox dashboard. The goal was to give customers fine-grained control over access, reduce security risk, and unlock broader adoption of the platform without making the experience harder to use.

    Customer Journey Segmentation Tool

    Customer Journey Segmentation Tool
Converting customers from the consideration stage of a product to becoming a brand loyalist

A key guiding principle to a valuable Customer Journey is the ability to augment tactics based upon segmentation.

Aktana provides a global SaaS enterprise product that redefines the commercial engagement model in life sciences. With this tool, users now have the ability to react quickly with campaign tactics to changes in segmentation, leading to a more intelligent and impactful product offering.

The Solution: To create a tool that shows granular data which summarizes campaigns, their channels and targeted segmentation tactics, allowing users to know the health of their campaign strategies and act on them accordingly as needed.

    Alloy Design System

    https://www.twine.net/signin

A collective problem for all digital products is the quintessential speed to market.

One of the largest blockers to this speed is the collaborative demands placed on product teams. A developer can no longer make agnostic design choices regardless of end-users, nor do they have the time to continually build unique, one-off, components with every feature, product or iteration. This is compounded exponentially when a team of developers is involved.

A designer cannot provide senseless designs without any consideration for technical constraints. Neither the designer nor the developer have the time for constant questioning, considerations and needed concessions to get a high-quality product shipped to eager customers.

The Solution: The Alloy Design Language System was created to reflect the patterns and components that underpin the Aktana product offering. These patterns and components provide a unified language and consistent look and feel when designing apps and products within the Aktana ecosystem.

    Exploratorium Website Overhaul

The Exploratorium is redesigning their website. Their objective is to improve educator’s experience locating content relevant to their teaching objectives. Our goal is to simplify the effort to search and consume relevant material across a variety of sources. As an educator visiting the Exploratorium website, they:
    • Look for materials, activities, and ideas to improve their teaching and lesson plans
    • Browse the Explore section for activities
    • Rely heavily on search to source content
    • Often revisit resources they have used before

    Design Recommendations:
    New information architecture and navigation
    • Primary topical and secondary sub-navigation allows users to tailor the experience based on personal needs
    • Rename Explore to Learn will provide clarity
    • Add breadcrumbs to orient the user
    Content hierarchy and context
    • Create iconography to provide visual context and reinforce the new navigational structure
    • Hover features clarify what content the user is consuming
    • Related content recommendations will increase users time on site
    Advanced search tools and filters
    • Tools needed to search and filter by content type, grade level, subject and sub-topic
    • Advanced search functionality reduces the users effort creating a more convenient and accurate experience
