Hi, I’m Carey Dodge. I’ve built a career as a sound designer, sound artist, and composer, collaborating with Boca del Lupo on productions like The Suicide, The Voyage, PHOTOG, Fall Away Home, Shylock, and Iron Peggy. I create immersive soundscapes for theatre, installation, and live performance around the world, often exploring the intersection of environmental recording, algorithmic processing, and multi-channel sound. As a creative technologist and educator, I program and build interactive systems using tools like Max/MSP, Ableton Live, and Millumin for multi-channel sound and video. I’ve taught sound design at UBC and participated in residencies and toured to festivals nationally and internationally. I’m continually exploring AI, immersive media, and collaborative art practice.
