I am a dietitian and nutritionist with over a decade of experience, merging practical clinical work with academic research to understand how nutrition supports cognitive health and aging. I am currently pursuing a PhD at the Centre for Healthy Ageing, Murdoch University, where my work explores diet quality, brain health, and dementia prevention. My research has contributed to peer‑reviewed publications, including systematic reviews and clinical trials, and I regularly present at leading conferences such as the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference. In addition to data analysis and literature reviews, I have supported participant engagement and the implementation of evidence‑based dietary strategies within research projects.
Beyond research, I teach in the Psychology of Aging at Murdoch University, mentor students, and apply my clinical experience to translate research findings into practical nutrition guidance that promotes healthier aging and public health outcomes. My career spans clinical nutrition, weight management, nephrology, and metabolic surgery, giving me a holistic perspective on how nutrition affects cognitive health and overall well‑being.
