Supervised a team of 2 external consultants securing legal crossing agreements with 17 stakeholders across Scotland and England. Directed weekly coordination with the Civil Works Subcontractor (Balfour Beatty) to secure crossings, providing HDD/Open Cut coordinates, timelines, crossing designs, method statements, etc. Developed a comprehensive schedule coordinating 7 factories in 6 countries for Type Testing as well as manufacturing of 525 kV XLPE HVDC onshore & offshore cables, joints, and terminations.
