In this project we explore the idea of freedom through the concept that the true essence of freedom was only felt in the primitive/wild era of human beings. We can observe through a series of illustrations the raw emotion and the rough touch between the two characters, representing the idea of raw contact and expression of emotions.
These illustrations evolve into an animation, the style and technique of this animation develops along side the narrative. We can see the use of photography mixed with digital painting, trying to convey the roughness of reality. This animation is pared with an original narration that displays the opposite and contradictory sides of living, and critics the inability to see the world without any preconceptions or fears.
The use of the black and white in this animation tries to reflect the high contrast we see the world, contemplating on the despair we feel just by looking at nature, for example.
