    Don't Trust The Horse - Album Cover
    For the self-titled debut from Don't Trust The Horse — a surreal, anti-hero's journey told across the full record — I designed cover art in the spirit of classic single-panel cartooning similar to that of The Far Side by Gary Larson. The challenge was distilling a full narrative arc into one image that rewards both a passing glance and a long stare, while holding up at thumbnail size on streaming platforms. The album was released with three cover variants, each interpreting the same concept. Pictured is my own version, rendered in my chosen palette — the alternate versions, painted by members of the band, offer a rare side-by-side look at how one visual brief branches into distinct artistic voices.
