My name is Charli Masson and I am a graduate of Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with a BFA in Television Writing and Production and a minor in Psychology. As a British woman raised in Thailand, educated in the United States, and now building my career back in London, I possess a global perspective and a strong understanding of how creative teams operate across different cultures and environments. Most recently, I worked as Executive Assistant at Narrative PR, supporting a founding partner on high profile client campaigns. I coordinated international travel, managed schedules and call sheets, worked closely with talent, and supported on set operations during events and shoots. The role required attention to detail, discretion around public facing talent, and the ability to stay steady and communicative in fast paced environments. Alongside my publicity experience, I spent time at Threshold Entertainment and gained practical insight into development, pitching and production workflows. I genuinely enjoy bringing structure to busy environments and helping people stay aligned and informed. I have worked on more than twenty three film sets in roles including Associate Producer, Director, Writer, Assistant Director, Camera Crew, and Production Assistant. I founded my own female led production company, where I managed projects from development through delivery and gained a very hands-on understanding of scheduling, budgeting, creative development and production logistics. My short film premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, an experience that taught me how to guide a project from early concept to public exhibition while keeping a team aligned and supported. Storytelling and community work are at the heart of what I do. I have spent many years volunteering in philanthropy and animal welfare, and I have always been drawn to work that brings people together. I enjoy collaborating across creative and logistical teams, supporting talent and helping ambitious ideas become achievable.
