I’m a New Zealand-based music producer, mixing engineer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of experience creating, recording, and producing music across a wide range of genres.
My background spans rock, alternative, metal, acoustic singer-songwriter, worship, and contemporary Christian music. As both a producer and performing musician, I understand the creative process from the inside out. I’ve written, recorded, mixed, and released music for my own projects, collaborated with multiple artists, and helped bring songs from rough demos to polished, release-ready productions.

An independent progressive metal project focused on writing, recording, and self-producing original music. Working from Red Room Studios in Johannesburg, the project involved collaborative songwriting, multi-track recording, editing, mixing, and online release distribution. This project further developed my skills in heavy music production, complex arrangements, guitar tone design, and independent music promotion.

Metalcore Band | Lead Vocalist, Songwriter, Producer & Band Manager
Because of Betrayal was a South African metalcore band active between 2011 and 2014. As the band’s lead vocalist, primary songwriter, producer, and manager, I played a key role in every aspect of the project both creatively and commercially.
Responsibilities included songwriting, vocal production, recording coordination, mixing, social media marketing, event promotion, booking shows, and managing the band’s public presence. I also directed and produced two official music videos, overseeing pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery.
The project gained a strong online following and helped establish my skills not only as a producer and engineer, but also as a creative leader capable of managing large-scale independent music projects.
This project highlights my experience working with aggressive modern music, layered productions, high-gain guitar tones, complex arrangements, and multimedia content creation.

My solo project represents over two decades of songwriting, recording, and live performance experience. Since the age of sixteen, I have written and released original music spanning rock, acoustic, alternative, and contemporary Christian influences.
