Managed Cyprus entity corporate matters via the Registrar of Companies, including share capital alterations, shareholder changes, and certificate renewals. Handled due diligence questionnaires and partner onboarding forms by coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Project Management teams to ensure timely approvals.
