Architected PathDeck, a kanban-inspired, AI-integrated project board that defaults to a simple view and lets users opt into a methodology-driven workflow, providing structure without adding unnecessary complexity. Created 18 full screens and 11 full-page flows across core surfaces including budgeting and team analytics; built an extensive Figma component library to accelerate development.
