I have always been interested in the patterns of how information and things flow between people. In my early career, I worked for transportation companies as a dispatcher, customer service representative and office manager. It was a fascinating kaleidoscope to see how a simple request would launch my company’s truck from one geographical and cultural area to another. The truck would pick up and deliver the product. I dealt with managers, employees and customers to ensure that service and money would flow between everyone involved in the transactions. In the later part of my career, I worked with language as teacher, trainer, manager and editor.
