    At the intersection of cinematic heritage and cutting-edge audiovisual engineering, the LEGADO_JFB project was created to digitally preserve and restore the iconic voice of Jesús Ferrer Baza — known in Catalonia as the “Veu de Ferro”.
    This is not a nostalgic tribute. It is a professional, high-precision engineering initiative that combines spectral audio restoration, ethical AI governance and family-led cultural sovereignty.
    Spectral Restoration & Audio Engineering
    The core of the project is the surgical restoration of original recordings using industry-standard tools:

    SpectraLayers for precise component unmixing
    iZotope RX for artifact removal and noise reduction

    The goal is to recover the original timbre at 48 kHz / 24-bit quality before any neural enhancement, ensuring maximum fidelity to the historical voice.
    Historical Catalogue
    The restored material spans an extraordinary career: from the charismatic adventurer in Indiana Jones and the cynical detective Rick Deckard in Blade Runner, to the icy precision of Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction. In the Catalan and Spanish sphere, it includes landmark narrations and performances such as La Dimensió Desconeguda, Allò que el vent s’endugué and the legendary voice of Bobby Ewing in Dallas.
    Technological Collaboration & Ethical Framework
    Working with full legal transparency and in full compliance with the EU AI Act, we have established direct technical dialogue with global leaders such as ElevenLabs and Respeecher, who have provided exceptional validation. The voice of Jesús Ferrer Baza remains a living, protected and ethically governed asset for the industry.
    Digital Portfolio in Development
    Dedicated channels on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok have been reserved and are currently in post-production.     Project Status
    Despite formal communications sent to RTVE, TV3 (CCMA) and the Filmoteca de Catalunya, no official response has yet been received. The family retains full sovereignty over this heritage and continues to advance the master preservation plan independently.
