I am Mojtaba Mousavi, an award-winning director, stop-motion animator, and photographer. I created the short film 'Mr. Deer' in 2018, which earned international awards and was screened worldwide, including at Animafest Zagreb. In 2021 I joined Laika Studios in Portland to work on the Wildwood feature animation. I also direct and write the 'Mr. Deer' project, mentor stop-motion workshops at art universities and schools from 2013 to 2024, and produce stop-motion advertisements using various materials.
