After show confirmation, reviewed the venue and created/used stage plot plans to match artist requirements. Coordinated with artist managers and event organizers to ensure successful shows. Ensured the artist and band were sounding their best and stayed on key. Verified that equipment (microphones, in-ears, instruments) was in good condition and correct for the needs of each act. Managed multiple show files to correct minor glitches and off-notes during soundchecks. Attended studio rehearsals to provide corrective feedback.
