Led master planning and schematic design development of a ±3-hectare mixed-use industrial estate (warehousing, EV & solar panel workshop, HQ office, creative SOHO, and co-living) along Jl. Raya Bogor KM 48. Structured and coordinated a 4-person multidisciplinary design team across three architectural workstreams: built environment & utilities, office & non-warehouse areas, and EV/solar workshop. Produced 3D site visualizations for owner-level presentation and design validation. Developed project timeline and workstream mapping to align design progress across parallel project components.

Designed and delivered comprehensive 2D/3D architectural plans and renovation proposals, including detailed cost analysis, BoQ, RAB, and AHS documentation for office building projects. Managed end-to-end renovation processes — from tender monitoring, budget control, and vendor/contractor negotiations to quality review and compliance with project specifications. Provided strategic facility cost recommendations, conducted feasibility evaluations for branch renovation requests, and prepared periodic management reports to support decision-making.

Developed architectural renderings and technical documentation to support facility improvement projects. Collaborated remotely with G70 HQ in Hawaii, demonstrating strong virtual communication and coordination skills. Identified potential design improvements to enhance building functionality and maintenance efficiency.
