Hello! My name is Colleen Tighe. I am an experienced Illustrator, Animator and Designer with years of experience working in the illustration and design industry. I have worked with editorial illustration, book illustration, marketing design and motion design for marketing and apps. I graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in illustration, and after freelancing as an illustrator and dabbling in design, I returned to the field that first inspired me to draw as a kid, animation, and started working as a motion designer as well. I am a creative, quick worker with a strong point of view. My ability to switch between illustration, animation and design and wide ranging interests and constant desire to learn makes me a great generalist, who won't shy away from trying a new challenge. I have years of experience working remotely and communicating clearly, and collaborating with my clients to create the best outcome for all teams. Previous clients include The New York Times, Xerox, The New Yorker, NBC News, FiveThirtyEight, Little Bee Books, z2 Comics, The New Republic, The Baffler, SSENSE, and more.
