About
I’m Craig Vandeman, a seasoned post-production professional based in Malibu. With more than 25 years steering high-stakes unscripted television, I’ve led editorial teams on series for Discovery Channel, CNBC, E!, and more. I’m known for shaping efficient workflows, guiding creative teams, and delivering network-ready episodes on tight timelines.
I’m also open to pivoting from a prolific freelance track into a staff leadership role to apply my deep expertise in project management, personnel supervision, and technical operations. I thrive when turning complex post-production lifecycles into clear plans, coordinating with story producers and engineers alike, and maintaining quality from ingest to final delivery.
