Large-Scale Cultural Project Coordination

Project Overview
This project involves coordinating one of the largest annual cultural events in Lithuania - a night-long celebration that brings together over a hundred artistic performances, installations, and public experiences.
My role covers end-to-end coordination of my assigned area each year: curating projects, managing logistics, budgeting, and overseeing on-site execution.

My Role
I manage between 12 and 18 individual projects each year, ensuring each one has the necessary resources, clear timelines, and smooth collaboration with other teams.

My work includes:

• Program curation and project selection
• Budget planning and distribution
• Coordination with public institutions and suppliers
• On-site management and execution during the event night
  This position requires balancing creative flexibility with strict logistical precision, especially when working with multiple interest groups and limited timeframes.

Outcome
Each edition of the event successfully delivers over 100 creative projects city-wide.
My managed area consistently runs smoothly and on schedule, contributing to one of the country’s most recognised and well-organised cultural nights.
