Project Overview
This project focused on building a small-scale pet product resale operation through online marketplace channels.
The goal was to identify profitable, high-quality products, establish a smooth sourcing workflow, and manage communication between suppliers and end customers.
Working with a single entrepreneur, I handled both the strategic and operational sides of the business - from product selection and logistics to sales and pricing structure.
My Role
I managed the full supply and sales process, including:
- Researching and sourcing products from Polish suppliers
- Overseeing international shipment and delivery to clients
- Setting product pricing and margin strategy
- Managing product listings, updates, and customer communication
- Identifying new product opportunities and competitive positioning
