Project Overview
Wear Simple creates durable, comfortable, and timeless everyday clothing - pieces that feel personal, not disposable. Their focus on sustainability and authenticity shaped the foundation of the entire project.
I was involved from the early stages, supporting both the creative and operational sides, from sourcing materials to organising the brand’s first photoshoot. The goal was to build a strong base for a collection that reflects everyday comfort through thoughtful design and reliable production.

My Role
I led the full product development process, collaborating with apparel development partners where technical expertise was needed.

My work included:
Sourcing fabrics and trims aligned with the brand’s sustainability goals
Sourcing and communicating with the clothing development agency
Defining the brand direction and market positioning
Building a pricing model that balanced quality and accessibility
Managing e-commerce setup and backend organisation
Planning and coordinating the brand’s first photoshoot, from model search to schedule and production logistics
