Children’s Sportswear Development Management

Project Overview
This project focused on developing a comfortable, functional sportswear line for children - designed to combine movement, durability, and softness.
The goal was to create pieces that feel good to wear and maintain their shape through daily activity and frequent washing.
Working together with an apparel development partner, the project covered the full development process - from design to final fittings.

My Role
I coordinated and oversaw the project, managing communication and structure across all stages:

• Development supervision and fitting sessions
• Timeline management and partner communication
