I’ve worked across genomics, environmental data, and applied research — building pipelines for 25+ TB of data, developing reproducible tools for scientists and agronomists, and delivering dashboards and visualizations that actually drive decisions.

My toolkit includes Python, SQL, R, Power BI, and workflow automation tools like Snakemake and Git.
