Designed end-to-end user experiences by identifying real user problems, conducting interviews, synthesizing insights, and translating them into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Key projects include Kimo (Sept 2025 – Nov 2025), an app helping children regulate emotions with gamified flows and child-friendly UI patterns; improved interactions (breathing, emotion labeling, storytelling) through iterative usability testing; created illustration assets aligned with UX goals; validated interactive features with engineers for smooth responsiveness; achieved >90% positive usability feedback from parents and children. Also designed a centralized iOS planning hub to reduce cognitive load for group travelers, streamlined planner-contributor workflows, established a robust design system with auto-layout components, and enhanced navigation by integrating brand profiles and reviews to support decision-making.
