Founded and directed two international online music competitions for beginner (music school) through advanced (conservatoire/musician) contestants. Developed competition rules and regulations and designed the competition website, including jury panel selection. Led business-wide process modernization to improve procedures and visibility, and oversaw execution of the annual event, including the 6th edition with participants from around the world.

Established a one-man mastering operation to make other people’s music sound its best. Delivered mastering and remote collaboration for clients and referenced artists/projects including Lipi, Duo Raas, Premier Players, and Veronika Jurkova, among others. Focused on sound quality and efficient production communication typical for remote audio mastering work.

Founded and directed a music institute in Budapest, renting suitable premises for instrumental lessons. Managed selection, recruitment, and employment of tutors (piano/violin/guitar/voice) and handled day-to-day administration and teaching. Supported student and parent wellbeing and coordinated marketing/business operations. Organized student concerts and facilitated music examinations through partnerships with UK RSL Rockschool and classical exam board ABRSM; over the years, multiple students were accepted to prestigious academies (e.g., University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Zürich University of the Arts, and University of Miskolc).
