Danea Fidler

My name is Danea Fidler and I’m a freelance illustrator and animal artist with experience working in books, board games, and TTRPGs. My work has been published in the MoonFall Saga book series by James Rollins, published by Tor Books, in addition to the Arctic Tundra module for the Nature board game by NorthStar Games and Endangered: Australia by Grand Gamers Guild. I have a BFA degree in illustration, a certificate in creature anatomy, along with education in character design and wildlife painting. I have extensive experience in designing and illustrating all types of animals, creatures, and characters in a variety of projects and styles. All my work is 100% hand drawn and painted digitally or in traditional mediums such as pen & ink, watercolor, acrylic, graphite, and marker.
