I’ve had lots of experience doing desk research in the discovery stage for many ftse 100 companies such as caterpillar where I worked on the discovery research working on researching different companies methods and strategy of UX in the Automotive sector. Also I’ve produced some primary research for Smith and Nephew in terms of Product Research and user testing

Also I’ve had lots of experience in producing well structured and well researched solutions for Caterpillar where I produced a well structured 90 page user flow and pages but also organised a full design system

I always like to innovate on a project and look at different perspectives. Particularly on the CAT project I focused on honing what is the best smoothest and most efficient but also aesthetically pleasing way go getting user to sign up to our guided sell tool. Also hmrc I developed a new way of copying a code to the suers phone and this was pitched using t he government GitHub to the design system
