I started out as a Production Designer and have filled every design role since up to Creative Director. This brings a set of tools, thinking, and approach to every project where not only do I ensure every box is checked on a creative brief, but I bring many perspectives to the table from design to production to management, etc. Being self taught I learned that rules in design are not etched in stone for the most part, but rather guidelines to keep things on track. Knowing how and where to push the fences brings a "little more" to every project.
