Led new product launches for Fruit Chips and placement of single-serve products at Costco and Walmart, achieving $2M in sales within the first 6 months. Provided creative oversight for advertising, marketing collateral, and tradeshow booth designs; optimized digital asset management for domestic and international markets. Managed budgets and vendor negotiations to ensure best-in-class quality for all design deliverables.

Managed and mentored a team of 3–6 designers, primarily servicing wine-sector clients alongside food and hospitality brands. Authored proposals, defined project scopes, and balanced client needs with profitability targets. Drove strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities and illustrating the value of services to prospective clients.

Collaborated with creative directors, marketing, and engineers on web promotions, network diagrams, print collateral, and trade show booth designs. Maintained cohesive brand messaging, ensuring consistent design standards across multiple platforms.
