I'm a Seattle-based graphic designer with a BFA from Cornish College of the Arts, where I studied painting and printmaking. That fine art foundation is still the engine. It's why I think about texture, craft, and the physical object before I think about pixels. My path here wasn't straight. I spent years working in the outdoor industry at Burton, REI, and eventually Elevate Outdoor Collective as a graphic designer, which gave me something a design program can't: a real understanding of how products move from concept to shelf to customer. I know what brands look like at every stage of their life, and I know what makes them hold up. I work across brand identity, packaging, illustration, and 3D visualization. My tools range from Adobe Suite and Figma to Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Procreate, and traditional media. The throughline is always the same. I want the work to feel like someone made it. When I'm not designing I'm snowboarding, mountain biking, or deep in a game with an unreasonable amount of lore.
