Led the design team, mentoring designers and establishing workflows for consistent brand execution across the full visual and product design ecosystem. Single-handedly redesigned the Royal Brothers mobile app in the first year, improving user experience and onboarding flows. Directed a complete website redesign, built scalable design systems and cross-functional workflows. Oversaw the RB Merchandise Store vertical, managing end-to-end design, product selection, and hiring a store manager to scale operations. Drove branding and creative direction across digital campaigns, print, OOH, new verticals, and internal brand initiatives. Collaborated with product, tech, marketing, and operations to support rapid nationwide expansion.
