Hi, I’m Tarryn. A UX leader with a combined background in Research and Product Design. I have over a decade of diverse experience in UX. I'm always been a business-oriented designer. Looking into the future, creating a vision based on opportunities, and then connecting the dots on how to get there. My most recent experience was as the Head of research and design at Virtru, a data security company. I collaborated with both engineering and product leaders to build our roadmap.  I also like to focus on innovation and high quality results. I ask “why” often when considering projects for the team. When it comes to My leadership style, I focuses on empowering people. I emphasize psychologically safe work spaces and consistent rituals. One of my greatest strengths is my emotional intelligence, which enables me to effectively communicate with executive leadership and break down silos within organizations.
 I believe that executive leadership plays a crucial role in a work environment, so I’m looking for an organization where I admire the leadership. I want to be around others who are smart, supportive, strategic and compassionate.
