Developing garment patterns and ensuring they meet design requirements. Establishing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure garments meet the required standards. Inspecting samples and production garments for defects and adherence to specifications. Conducting fit sessions with models or mannequins to assess and improve the fit. Creating and maintaining detailed technical packs, including specifications, measurements, and construction details.

Working alongside the Senior Design Coordinator and wider design team with the smooth daily running of the studio. Manage toiles tracking whilst keeping all related folders up to date at all times. Support the design and production team in coordinating the creation of bespoke pieces. Assist in organising and maintaining the studio space, ensuring a conducive and efficient work environment. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory for both ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels.

Following the creative direction and requirements set by the designer. Contributing towards concept, trend and colour boards. Creating spec packs to send to pattern cutter. Sampling toiles, adjusting patterns where necessary and assisting with fittings. Fabric screen printing and placement prints using a 3D printer. Learning the brief and how to develop a concept to a final collection. Assisted with the preparation and execution of fashion shows, showroom presentations, and photo shoots. Conducted research on emerging fashion trends, materials, and techniques. Provided administrative support, including organising samples, managing inventory, and communicating with vendors.
