JMMB is a highly regarded financial institution in Jamaica. They place a high value on staff and people in general, in ways that may seem to an outsider almost excessive. This video reflects the core values that undergird and permeate the company, and serves as a primer for persons new to the company, as well as a manifesto for potential clients. I was tasked with overall direction, editing and post-production, including colour grading, sound editing, title development and motion graphic overlays.
