Manage all internal and external events/conferences/meetings; facilitate and execute shows and events live from campus and virtually via Zoom/Teams and other conferencing platforms; manage technology in academic and event spaces; repair, replace and upgrade AV systems; assist faculty and staff with daily technology issues.

Lead collaboration initiatives across the organization, partnering with the AV team to plan, moderate, and execute large-scale live and virtual events; serve as primary moderator for major Teams and Webex calls; oversee event logistics, technical setup, and audience engagement; develop best practices for hybrid event production and provide strategic, hands-on AV support.
