Led a team of 8 to migrate a monolithic MVVM+C app into 65+ modular SPM packages using MVVM+Coordinator and Clean Architecture; improved scalability, enabling networking layer injection and white-labeled UI. Mentored a team of 4 through architecture, feature design, release, and code quality. Implemented a custom DI system and a networking layer using Combine and Swift Concurrency.
