Partnered with various designers to advance early-stage design from strategy and feature definition to information architecture, sketching and prototyping, copywriting, testing and iteration. Worked with Business Analysts to conduct user research and document findings. Created prototypes to illustrate interactions for users and developers. Collaborated on workflow and vision for the application rewrite. Created and streamlined graphics, icons, and UI components for better experience within several software packages. Ran usability studies for WorkStation products and associated mobile tools. Participated in customer site visits and translated findings into user stories and usability changes. Contributed to bringing Agile methodologies to the Building business.
