Hello, I am Ehikioya Hilary Osolase, a Human Resource Development Specialist active in research, academics, and practice. I design and deliver learning and development strategies, training and career development programs, recruitment and talent development, and guide organizations through learning, performance management, reward systems, and strategic HR development. I enjoy mentoring students and professionals, and I collaborate across sectors to translate theory into impactful practice.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Development at Universiti Putra Malaysia, I also engage in teaching, research, and consultancy across sectors. My work includes freelance HRD consulting, university teaching, and publishing on HRD and management topics, with a keen interest in green HRD, AI and digital transformation in HRD, and mentoring the next generation of scholars and practitioners to reach their learning goals.
