I’m a freelance watercolor illustrator specializing in packaging design — botanical elements, flora and fauna, intricate natural detail.
My work has been recognized internationally: in 2025, packaging featuring my illustrations won Platinum at the Graphis Design Awards and Gold at the American Craft Spirits Association Packaging Awards — for Listening Rock Gin by Tenmile Distillery, a project through Stranger & Stranger agency.
With 10+ years of background in illustration and graphic design, I bring both visual craft and an understanding of how design works commercially. I’ve worked with brands across packaging, print, and product design — and I know how to translate a concept into illustration that carries the mood of a place, a product, or a story.
I work in traditional watercolor and digitally in Adobe Photoshop.
If you’re looking for a botanical or nature-based illustrator for your packaging project — I’d love to hear about it.

The work focused on botanical accuracy and visual richness — each illustration captures the character of the fruit (pomegranate, bergamot, orange) and cinchona (quinine tree) with layered watercolor technique, designed to wrap around a bottle and communicate natural quality at the shelf level.
The illustrations were painted traditionally on watercolor paper and prepared as high-resolution digital files ready for print production.
Client: Stranger & Stranger — internationally recognized packaging design agency (London/New York), known for creating iconic spirits branding worldwide.
Project Brief:
The agency commissioned a series of hand-painted watercolor illustrations for a premium gin product line.
My Role:
I created a full set of original botanical watercolor illustrations featuring the hero character — a fox — alongside bergamot branches, cinchona flowers, and layered plant compositions, with a rock as a grounding compositional element. Every element was painted by hand in traditional watercolor, then prepared in high resolution for print production.
Process:
Concept sketches and mood alignment with the agency’s art direction
Hand-painted execution in watercolor, balancing loose organic texture with precise botanical detail
Photoshop finishing: color correction, cleanup, and export at print-ready specifications
Iterative review rounds directly with the agency team
Result:
The illustrations were used in final commercial packaging. The project went on to receive industry recognition in packaging design.
