Your work is the critical bridge between creative design and industrial manufacturing. ​Here is a detailed breakdown of your current responsibilities: ​Technical Packaging Preparation ​Specialized Artwork Layouts: You manage the precise preparation of artworks for various packaging formats, specifically paper cups, MWS (Multiwall bags), shrink sleeves, pouches, bottle labels and cone sleeves, lids and many more. ​Technological Adaptation: You analyze client-provided patterns and adjust them to meet strict industrial printing standards. ​Prepress Engineering & Color Management ​Color Separation: You perform complex color separations required for high-quality print production. ​Proofing: You are responsible for the preparation of print proofs, which serve as the final quality check before mass production. ​Plate Production: You handle the plotting and ripping of final artworks specifically for Flexo (flexographic) plates. ​Advanced Software Integration ​Esko Workflow: You utilize professional-grade packaging software, including ArtPro, WebCenter, and Automation Engine, to automate and refine the prepress process. ​Adobe Creative Suite: You leverage Illustrator and Photoshop to ensure all graphic elements are technically flawless and visually accurate. ​Operational Impact ​Fast-Paced Execution: You operate as a fast-paced worker within a high-volume industrial environment. ​Quality Assurance: By managing the technical "rip" process, you ensure that the final physical product matches the digital design without errors in registration or color.
