The existing site was struggling to convert visitors into customers, and after an initial review, it became clear that several usability and accessibility issues were affecting its performance. I began by conducting a UX audit, navigating the website from the perspective of a potential customer to identify key pain points and areas for improvement. After presenting my findings and recommendations, I received approval to implement a full redesign based on my proposed solutions. Within one to two months of launching the updated website, the client experienced a significant increase in customer inquiries and conversions, validating the impact of the redesign and improved user experience.
