    This is a passion project of mine. I read voraciously and in 2023, when I bought a Kindle, I began reviewing the things I read and putting the reviews in a Notion file. In 2024, I began to review things I’d watched too, and when the Notion file became unwieldy, I decided to merge my passions and make a custom website for the reviews. This site uses icon-based navigation (and aria labels so the site is friendly to screen-readers), complex filtering of the various interlocked CMSs, a Mailchimp integration to facilitate the sending of a monthly newsletter, a font the requires a bit of custom code to display its ligatures, and Lenis Smooth Scroll so the site feels nice to interact with.     This website was design and built in Webflow for an American doctor who specializes on complicated pregnancies. She wanted a site to showcase her social media output and the many articles she has written to counter misinformation. I used several widgets to allow me to pull in her social media feeds, I designed custom icons, refreshed her branding (logo and colors), and I used many Finsweet Attributes to get around the limitations of Webflow's CMS. I kept the animation to a minimum but used Lotties for a bit of movement and glamour.
