Experience Care – Eye Care Web App for Clinics Project Summary: Experience Care is a web application designed for eye care clinics to manage users, patient interactions, and clinic workflows efficiently. The app enables users to sign up, invite others to the clinic, upload necessary images, and manage profiles — all with seamless data synchronization across multiple platforms. My Role: Logic & Workflow Developer (No-Code Stack) Key Contributions & Process: 🔐 User Authentication & Access Implemented Memberstack for user sign-up, login, and secure access control within the clinic environment. Built invite functionality so users could add patients or teammates to their clinic space easily. 🔄 Dynamic Data Synchronization Connected Webflow with Airtable and Wized to sync user data, uploaded images, and invite flows in real-time. Ensured consistent data flow between Memberstack (for user auth) and Airtable (for backend database). 🖼️ Media Upload & Profile Logic Developed logic for image uploads (e.g., prescriptions, profile photos) directly into the app, storing and referencing them properly in Airtable. Ensured users could edit, update, and manage their clinic profiles efficiently. Tools Used: Webflow (Frontend UI) Wized (Dynamic Logic & API Layer) Memberstack (Authentication & Membership) Airtable (Backend Database) JavaScript (for conditional logic, where needed) Impact: This project streamlined how clinics onboard and interact with patients digitally. With a full no-code stack, we created a HIPAA-aware flow that handles data securely, while giving users a smooth, app-like experience for managing their eye care needs.
