Emilee Namphengsone

Hello! I’m a Laotian-American filmmaker based in Orlando, Florida that specializes in production management as an Assistant Director, with additional experience directing documentary and narrative films. My background with on-set productions and logistical works have given me a strong understanding of all layers of production from idea to delivery.

My creative instincts and practical executions is what sets me apart from other filmmakers. I am comfortable working across multiple roles when needed and am especially effective at keeping projects moving smoothly while maintaining attention to detail. I’m drawn to collaborative, hands-on teams because I work best in environments where ideas are encouraged and evolving when production requires both flexibility and precision!
